The Matsushita Institute of Government and Management (MIGM) (公益財団法人松下幸之助記念志財団) was founded by Panasonic's founder Kōnosuke Matsushita, in 1979, operated by The Konosuke Matsushita Memorial Foundation.[1]

During his later years, the esteemed founder of Panasonic, Kōnosuke Matsushita, made a significant investment of 7 billion yen from his personal funds towards the development and training of the next generation of leaders for Japan.[2]
