The Monk (Le Moine) is a 1972 French Italian German Belgian horror movie directed by Ado Kyrou and was based on the 1796 novel of the same name by Matthew Gregory Lewis. It stars Franco Nero, Nathalie Delon, Nicol Williamson, Nadja Tiller, Élisabeth Wiener.
