James "Jim" Fullington (born June 16, 1963 in Sandy, Utah) is an American professional wrestler who is best known for wrestling with Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) under the ring name, The Sandman. When he was wrestling for ECW he was nicknamed a "Hardcore Icon". He also wrestled for WWE from 2005 to 2007, Total Nonstop Action Wrestling from 2002 to 2003 and again in 2010, and World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1991. On July 20, 2008, Fullington was arrested for fighting at a Yonkers, New York restaurant with the employees.[1]
