Thirty Seconds Over Tokyo is a 1944 American World War II drama movie directed by Mervyn LeRoy and was based on the 1943 novel of the same name by Ted W. Lawson. It stars Spencer Tracy, Van Johnson, Robert Mitchum, Stephen McNally, Phyllis Thaxter, Robert Walker, Leon Amos, Benson Fong and was distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It was nominated for 2 Oscars and won an Academy Award in 1945.
