Tomomi Seo (瀬尾 智美, Seo Tomomi) is a former Japanese football player. She played for the Japan national team.

Seo played for Nadeshiko League club Tasaki-Shinju Kobe. She was selected Fighting Spirit prize in 1989 season.
On January 21, 1986, Seo debuted for the Japan national team against India.
