Tony Hooper

Tony Hooper (14 September 1943 – 18 November 2020)[1][2] was an English folk singer-songwriter and musician. He was best known as a founder-member of Strawbs together with Dave Cousins and double bassist Ron Chesterman. He left The Strawbs in 1972 after their album Grave New World. He was born in Eastry, Kent.

Hooper died on 18 November 2020 at the age of 77.[2]
