Buthayna Eilouti (Arabic: بثينة العيلوطي‎); born 2 February 1965) is a Jordanian Full Professor of Architecture, author of Design Programming & Conceptualization, poet, and artist. She does research in creative design processing, design studies, shape grammars, biomimetics, and design computation. Her current project is 'Concept evolution in engineering design.'

Buthayna was born in Syria on 2 February 1965. She started writing poems and drawing professionally at the age of 8. She moved to Jordan at the age of 12. Eilouti graduated from Jordan University of Science and Technology with the highest honorary grade. She then graduated with a perfect GPA from her two masters in Architecture and Computer Engineering and PhD in Design Studies and Computation/ Shape Grammar from University of Michigan.

Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ is affiliated to Architechtural Engineering, Prince Sultan University, where Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ is currently working as Professor. Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ has authored and co-authored several national and international publications and also working as a reviewer for reputed professional journals. Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ is having an active association with different societies and academies around the world. Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ made his mark in the scientific community with the contributions and widely recognition from honourable subject experts around the world. Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ has received several awards for the contributions to the scientific community. Dr. Buthayna Eilouti​ major research interest involves Architecture, Sustainable Architecture, Built Environment, Green Architecture, Building Technology and Urban Sustainability.
