Boyfriend[change | change source]
He is the main character of this work, called Boyfriend or BF. The human is a 19-year-old [1] rapper who dropped out of college. He has cyan blue hair and is wearing jeans and a white T-shirt with a red 'No' sign printed on it. He also wears red sneakers and a red hat.
Afraid of lightning, in Week 2, whenever lightning strikes, he shows a displeased face and fights with GF''s father, Daddy Dearest, in a rap battle with various enemies to keep dating. He is officially unintelligent. [2]
It is said that he has a personality that does not enjoy musicians. There was a time he went to battle Pico from Pico School in April, and there was a time when Skid and Pump went to buy a Halloween model in scary October and briefly appeared as a week.
Girlfriend dearest[change | change source]
She is 19 years old as the lover of 'boyfriend', also called girlfriend/girl friend/GF. She has long reddish-brown hair, is wearing a red dress, and is wearing high heels. Always sitting on top of the speaker in the back, cross-legged, serving to measure the BPM (beats per minute) of all songs. When 'Boyfriend' is judged as a miss, she shows a crying expression at the same time.
Just like her boyfriend, she is afraid of lightning, so in Week 2, she shows a sign of fear when lightning strikes. Appears in Phases 1-3 of Week 1 and Phases 1-2 of Week 5. They are called Daddy Dearest/Dad/Father-in-law/DD, etc. The father of Boyfriend’s girlfriend, a former rock star. Unlike Girlfriend’s human boyfriend, he is a demon, he has pale purple skin, red eyes, and wears black boots.

He opposes dating between his boyfriend (Boff) and his daughter (Gulf), and there is a setting that he is a daughter-in-law.
He is the father of Girlfriend and the husband of Mommy Mearest.

Skid and Pump appears in Phases 1 and 2 of Week 2, and is mainly called 'Spookeez' among game players. He is a guest character from the video series 《Mushimu October》 produced by Mexican YouTuber Sr Pelo . Small children in Halloween disguise, a combination of a skid wearing a skull mask and a pump wearing a pumpkin mask.
The pump has a skid on its head, and the two share a microphone and take turns singing. When I'm not singing, I do the 'Spooky Dance', which is derived from the original Spooky Month.

Appears in Week 2, Week 5 and Phase 3. It was originally scheduled to appear in the 3rd phase of week 2, but it was not released due to time problems and remained as dummy data.
Also called 'Lemon Demon' by a fan nickname. His head was like a lemon, his body was black, and he had two fingers. Although it is the only character who sings in English in this work, the song's content is gloomy and reminiscent of a monster.

Appeared in Week 3. He is the original character of New Grounds, and he is 20 years old in " Friday Night Funkin ". He has orange hair, wears green clothes, and holds a gun in his left hand. As a result of an incident in his original home 《Pico's School》, he develops schizophrenia, and if he does not carry a gun at all times, he cannot let go of his gun. The gun you carry in the game is a submachine gun MAC-10 .
Daddy Dearest is instructed to take down the 'boyfriend', the man who made him lose in a rap battle, but Pico and boyfriend are ex-boyfriends [3] [4] instead of helping him, they fight a rap battle.
Although his pronunciation is muffled, he speaks English, and since it is a modified file recorded by a real person, kawai sprite, you can hear breathing sounds in the middle of the song.
Week 7 In phase 3, he helps Girlfriend who was nearly victimized by a tanker (Tankman's Guard) and fires his gun at the beat of the tanker who is approaching him in the middle of the song. At this time, he is holding a gun in both hands and seems to have quite a lot of magazines.

Appears in Phases 1-3 of Week 4 and Phases 1-2 of Week 5. They are called mommy mearest/mom/mother-in-law/MM, etc. She is the mother of Girlfriend, has pink to purple skin similar to Daddy Dearest, has dark red eyes, and has pointed red-brown hair. She is wearing a black jacket over a red dress.
In Week 4, he competes in a rap battle with Boyfriend in a limousine driving.
Like Daddy Dearest, it is presumed that the boyfriend and his girlfriend are opposed to dating and have a rap battle. She is the mother of her girlfriend (GF) and the wife of Daddy Deaerist.
Senpai and Spirit[change | change source]
Appeared in Week 6. Senpai is 18 years old. It is called Senpai/senpai, and it is drawn in a 32-bit style image as in the game setting. (Boyfriend and girlfriend also become a 32-bit style image on the same stage. ) with blonde hair, a blue shirt with a tie, and gray trousers.
In the cutscenes after phases 1 and 2, a separate entity called 'Soul/Spirit' appears from senpai’s body. The detailed story is unknown, but he is locked in a game called 'Hating Simulator', which is often played by his girlfriend (GF) by Daddy Dearest. He is known for having rap battles. [5]

Appeared in Week7. A guest character from the web animation "Tankmen" created by JohnnyUtah, who rides a tank in the New Grounds logo. Age is early 30's. The skin, goggles and vest are white, and the rest are black, so it has a black and white color scheme.
The cutscene speaks in English, and the voice is the creator of Tankmen himself. He says he needs to kill his boyfriend (Boff), but he casts a rap battle because he is too idle. [6]
