Overseer Johnny R. Withers is the senior pastor of the Unity Christian Fellowship Church, Compton, California, United States and also serves as District Overseer of the Los Angeles Harbor District, Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, Southern California.
Withers founded and organized Unity Christian Fellowship, a non-denominational church, on January 1, 1999 in the city of Long Beach, California. He was only 23 at that time and excited to fulfill God’s will for his life. When the church opened its doors, there were 35 members. Since that humble beginning, membership has blossomed to over 400 members.
Unity Christian Fellowship seeks to impact the community through many outreach programs and community-empowering projects orchestrated by Overseer Withers.

Overseer Johnny R. Withers, Jr. is a native of California, born December 11, 1975 in Harbor City, to Elder Johnny Ray and Co-Pastor Peggie M. Withers. He is a husband to Charlette Withers, and a father to Johnay Withers.
In addition to serving as the senior pastor of Unity Christian Fellowshiop, Overseer Withers also serves as a member on several boards, including the Compton, CA district NAACP.
Overseer Withers serves as District Overseer of the Los Angeles Harbor District, Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship, Southern California under the leadership of International Presiding Bishop Paul S. Morton, Sr. Overseer Withers is a spiritual son of Bishop Joseph W. Walker, III of Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Nashville, TN, under the umbrella of the Shepherd’s Heart Ministry.

Johnny R. Withers, Jr. attended Ruben S. Ayala High School in Chino Hills, CA before receiving his Bachelor degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix He is pursuing his Masters Degree from Talbot School of Theology on Biola University Campus as well as currently attending Full Gospel Graduate School of Episcopal Studies.
