i like this wikipedia. granting access to wikipedic information to the less linguitsic people. or allowing people not natively english to use an english wikipedia they can more easely understand, for instance, when they want to learn english and about a subject at the same time, or when they hav to discuss topics in english (for instance in high-level education where english is a de facto language, or like affairs with foreigners or so) and can seek the information about it in that language.
