User:Reri Horlockon/63.19.xxx.xxx vandal

This vandal has been around since at least mid-April, if not longer. However, just recently he has been very persistent in attacking my user and user talk pages, and articles I have created such as babelfish and chutney ferret. He's active whenever I am active, and has often used usernames. He also adds nonsense such as "The Glorious Beer". Whenever I am inactive, but he is, he attacks other users such as User:Billz and User:Hailey C. Shannon.

In June 2006, he returned to steal the password of User:Reri Horlcokon and may have been the creator of some accounts (such as User:Hailey C. Willy and User:Reri Horlockon is a loser) in July 2006. He has recently shown signs of being inactive.
