This IP address is for a big High School in norway, at least between 12:10 and 13:30, over 1000 students have this public IP on their laptops...— Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.164.142.97 (talk)

There is a link called special:userlogin. You see it as "Create account/Log in" on the corner of the screen. Once you create an account, you won't get warnings and blocks that are meaned for other people. Also, use the signing symbol on the top of this box to make your signature, which is --~~~~. We have to use the numerical IP address to identify them. An IP address can be shared by many people. If you feel that things said here are not about you, you can create an account or log in to stop it happening again.
