Allotment of Lands in Pattoki Rakh(Jungle): The English People/Crown of England allotted lands in Pattoki Rakh to the people in the early days of 20th century.The pattoki was famous due to flower market and Queen Elizabeth declared this city as "Queen of Flowers".The tehsil building was the rest house of PWD(Pakistan works Deptt.)and afterwards it was changed into tehsil.All the building of Tehsil is in dilapidated condition.
