Hi. Unfortunately, your page Portland Police Department did not show notability and was deleted. Imagine if we had all the police departments in the world... Also, the article didn't have any interesting content... Maybe if there was the history of it, and other thing, it would have been good. Anyway, have a nice day, and good luck editing. Try to avoid starting articles that only have one sentence. These are "stubs" are seen to be too short to be useful. Try and get three or four sentences as a starting point.
