Welcome[change source]

Hello! I am assuming you have come over from the English Wikipedia, so you are probably familiar with the way this wiki works. I hope you like it here and decide to stay. Here are a few links to help you adjust:

There is much to do here. For example, there are a lot of articles that do not exist yet, which you can bring over from the English Wikipedia and simplify. Do have a look around and see what you would like to do. Thank you for joining us! If you need any help, be sure to visit Simple Talk or contact an administrator. Happy changing! Thank you. Thank you for the pointers to writing in Simple English. My earlier edit to the same article a few days ago was needed because the claim in the article was quite different from the reference. But I was reluctant to jump in further because of my unfamiliarity with how to write Simple English. This second edit was a revert, there were no language issues.
By the way, is it possible that Voice of America now uses the term "Learning English" insead of "Special English?" Most of the VOA links on the Special English page are dead. Searching the VOA web site I do not find any Special English, but I do find some pages on Learning English. -- M.boli (talk) 12:40, 30 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
