We like and strongly encourage helpful changes to Wikipedia, but an article you created was directly copied and pasted from the main English Wikipedia. Please do not do that. Such articles are usually too complex. They need to be simplified before or immediately after being added to the Simple English Wikipedia. In addition, be sure to include attribution on the article's talk page. Thank you. Copying the English Wikipedia page isn't translating from French. Operator873 connect 21:18, 22 March 2022 (UTC)
- I use the content translation tool to translate into simple english, then into english, then back into simple english. do you think I should just not do the last step? I was trying to be helpful, but if it's not, then I really don't have to. Otherwise, the pages are just drafts. Unionpearl (talk) 21:21, 22 March 2022 (UTC)

- The versions I deleted were identical to the English Wikipedia. That is an issue, yes. We try to keep articles here limited to the BE 1500 word list, if possible. When not, try explaining what the word means or linking to another page here or on Simple English Wiktionary. Operator873 connect 01:06, 23 March 2022 (UTC)
