V. N. Khare

Vishweshwar Nath Khare (born 2 May 1939) is an Indian judge. He was the 33rd Chief Justice of India from 19 December 2002 to 2 May 2004. He was a judge of the Supreme Court of India from 21 March 1997 before he was promoted to the post of Chief Justice by President A. P. J. Abdul Kalam.[1]
