Vacqueyras is a commune of 1,260 people (2015). It is in the region Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur in the Vaucluse department in the south of France.

Vacqueyras is on the southern edge of the Dentelles de Montmirail, about 18 km (11 mi) east of Orange and 12 km (7.5 mi) north of Carpentras.
