Vladimir Mikhailovich Lopukhin (23 May 1952 – 26 May 2020) was a Soviet-born Russian politician and economist. He was born in Moscow. He worked for the Institute of World Economy and International Relations. He was the Minister of Energy from 10 November 1991 to 30 May 1992.

Lopukhin died on 26 May 2020 in Moscow of COVID-19, three days after his 68th birthday.[1]
