Walter Frosch (19 December 1950 – 23 November 2013) was a German professional association footballer. He played as a defender. He was a player for SV Alsenborn, 1. FC Kaiserslautern and FC St. Pauli between 1970 and 1979. He was born in Ludwigshafen, Rhineland-Palatinate (then part of West Germany).

Frosch died from a cardiac arrest on 23 November 2013 in Hamburg, aged 62.[1]
