Werner Weist (11 March 1949 – 13 May 2019) was a German footballer. He played as a striker.

Weist was born in Dortmund. He spent nine seasons in the Bundesliga with Borussia Dortmund and SV Werder Bremen during the 1960s and 1970s. He also played for Stuttgarter Kickers. He died in 2019, at the age of 70.
