Witold Baran

Witold Stanisław Baran (29 July 1939 – 22 June 2020) was a Polish middle-distance runner. He was born in Chmielów, Ostrowiec County. He participated in the 1964 Summer Olympics, however he did not win any medals. He won a silver medal at the 1962 European Athletics Championships.

Baran died on 22 June 2020 in Warsaw at the age of 80.[1]
