Worldline

Worldline SA is a French multinational company that provides payment and transactional services. It was founded in 1974 and has become the European leader in the industry, operating in over 50 countries with more than 20,000 employees.[1] Worldline offers various services, including merchant services, financial services, and mobility services.[2] In 2021, Worldline generated a revenue of 3.7 billion euros.[3] The company has a history of acquisitions and mergers to expand its services and market presence. Notably, they merged with Equens in 2015 and acquired SIX Payment Services in 2018.[4] In 2020, Worldline acquired Ingenico, a leading company in the payment terminal market.[5]
