Yaël Braun-Pivet (born 7 December 1970 in Nancy) is a French lawyer,[1] activism associative and politician.
Yaël was member of the Socialist Party (PS) and then of En Marche (now La République en Marche). She was elected as member of the national assembly on 18 June 2017, as a representative for the department of Yvelines.[2]
She is Chair of the Committee on Constitutional Laws, Legislation and the General Administration of the Republic in the French National Assembly.

Braun-Pivet is married and has five children.[1]
