69 (or spelled sixty-nine) is a sex act in which two people align themselves so that each person's mouth is near the other's genitals (Penis, Vagina) Simultaneously performing oral sex. The 69 position can be used by a male and a female, two males or two females. Both people are facing opposite directions which is like the numbers 6 and 9. This is where the name "69" comes from.
