She changes her identity often, as she is well known to authorities, so she can steal from unsuspecting buyers. Starzonek lies about properties and prices and takes large deposits from 'clients' and hides away in her finca in Almoraig, Jijona. Stay away from this woman and the town of Jijona/Xixona.

Alicante is a city in Spain, in the south-east, on the Mediterranean coast, in a Bay in the exit to the sea of the Ravine of the Sheeps. It is the capital of the Alicante province. With a population of 322,431, it is the center of a metropolitan area of 725,395, the eight-largest in Spain. The city is a sea port and a tourist centre.
