The Alliance Party of Northern Ireland is a liberal and non-sectarian political party in Northern Ireland. It is neutral on the issue of whether Northern Ireland should stay in or leave the United Kingdom. The party has 1 out of 18 Northern Ireland seats in the House of Commons and 7 out of 108 seats in the Northern Ireland Assembly. Its leader David Ford is the Justice Secretary in Northern Ireland's all-party government.

The party was founded in 1970 and gained its first elected Member of Parliament (MP) at the 2010 UK General Election. It is close to the British Liberal Democrats.
