Aluminium fluoride structure

Aluminium fluoride, also known as aluminum fluoride, is a chemical compound. Its chemical formula is AlF₃. It is used to process aluminium. It can be made by reacting aluminium with hydrofluoric acid. It is also made by reacting hexafluorosilicic acid with aluminium oxide.
