Álvaro Torres (born on April 9, 1957) is a Salvadoran singer-songwriter. He is known for singing a duet with American singer Selena for the song "Buenos Amigos" in 1991[source?]. The song peaked at number-one on the Billboard Hot Latin Tracks chart.[1]
