Ana Sofía Jusino (born January 5, 1994 in San Juan) is a Puerto Rican female volleyball player. She is a member of the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team. She was part of the Puerto Rico women's national volleyball team at the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship and 2019 Pan-American Games.[1]

She played for University of Arkansas.[2]
