Andrea Libman

Andrea Eva Libman (born January 30, 1984 in Toronto, Ontario) is an Canadian voice actor, television writer and singer who is best known for voicing "Chi-Chi" in Dragon Ball, "Emmy" in Dragon Tales and "Pinkie Pie" and "Fluttershy" in My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. She also made on-screen appearances in the television shows Highlander: The Series, Susie Q, The Lotus Eaters, and Lyddie.
