Assis Brasil

Assis Brasil is a Brazilian municipality pertaining to the state of Acre. Its population, in the year of 2007 was of 5,351 inhabitants and its total area reaches 2 875,915 km² (1,9 hab./km²).
The founder of this municipality was Vicente Bessa and it happened on March 1st, 1976. The municipality was separated from another municipality called Brasiléia.
