Christopher Rios (November 10, 1971 – February 7, 2000) was an American rapper better known by his stage name, Big Pun. Big Pun rose to fame when he met rapper Fat Joe in 1995 and appeared on Fat Joe's album, Jealous Ones Envy. Big Pun has a DVD titled Big Pun: The Legacy. It is about his life and has interviews with many rappers such as Snoop Dogg, Xzibit and DMX talking about Pun's impact on their lives.
Big Pun died on February 7, 2000 in White Plains, New York from a massive heart attack.
