Code of the Samurai (Code of the Samurai, Shinsengumi Gunrou Den, lit. The Legend of Shinsengumi) is an hack and slash video game for the PlayStation 2. Developed by Red Entertainment and published by Sega and Midas Interactive Entertainment, in Japan and Europe respectively.

Overview[change | change source]

Player can play as Soji Okita and Hijikata Toshizo, where their mission began to getting breed bandits in Kyoto. Each time you played Okita, an arrow will be displayed insanity, while you face the ronin. And at the same time, you can make a gap attack you created, and your attack will level-up instantly. For example, if you choose Harada Sanosuke Sanosuke Harada, the attack power will increased significanly, but the defense power will slow down decreases.
