Daoko (だをこ, born April 4, 1997) is a Japanese female singer, rapper, lyricist, and novelist. [1]

The name Daoko (だをこ) is a shortening of her internet nickname, and her real name is unknown. [2]
In addition to her music activities, she wrote the novel One Room Seaside Step (ワンルーム・シーサイド・ステップ, wanrumu shisaido suteppu) in 2017, which was published by KADOKAWA, and serialized in Da Vinci (ダ・ヴィンチ, da vinchi) magazine. [3] [4]
In 2017, she performed the theme song uchiage hanabi (打上花火) with Kenshi Yonezu for the anime film Fireworks (打ち上げ花火、下から見るか？横から見るか？, uchiage hanabi, shita kara miru ka? yoko kara miru ka?). [5] [6]
In 2023, she performed at Cosplay Mania convention in the Philippines. [7]
