David Julian Dobrik[1] (/dbrɪk/; born 23 July 1996) is a Slovakian-American YouTuber, podcaster, and co-founder of the photography app Dispo.[2] He becames well known for his videos on Vine. He started his vlog on his YouTube channel in 2015.[3][4]

Dobrik was born in Košice, Slovakia. His family moved to Illinois, United States when he was six years old[5] and studied at Vernon Hills High School, where he played tennis.[6] After graduating high school, he moved to Los Angeles to make videos on Vine.[7]
