Donal Francis Logue (born February 27, 1966^[1]) is an Irish, Canadian-born, American actor, producer and writer. He is known for his role as detective Harvey Bullock on Fox's Gotham.

Logue was raised in Calexico, California and Central Point, Oregon.^[2] His parents were missionaries.^[3]
