Elena Dukhanova (born 10 September 1994) is an Uzbekistani water polo player. She was a member of the Uzbekistan women's national water polo team.

She was a part of the team at the 2009 World Aquatics Championships,[1][2] 2013 World Aquatics Championships,[3] 2010 Asian Games, and 2014 Asian Games.
