Gastroenteritis, more commonly known as the stomach flu, is a type of influenza which causes nausea, vomiting, and sometimes soreness of throat and fatigue. Sometimes, the stomach flu can last for a week or two. Millions of people who catch this disease die, mostly in the poorest countries.
