Leonard Litwin (October 16, 1914 – April 2, 2017)[1] was an American real estate developer. Through his company, Glenwood Management Corp., he specialized in residential construction. His firm owns and operates about 24 buildings in Manhattan.[2] and rents about 4,200 high-end units.[3] His buildings have a reputation for being well built and well managed.[4]

Litwin died on April 2, 2017 in Melville, New York from respiratory failure at the age of 102.[5]
