The International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10th Revision (ICD-10) is list of codes of diseases and signs, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances and external causes of injury or diseases. ICD-10 is published by World Health Organization. Work on ICD-10 began in 1983 and was completed in 1992 [1].
