London und Paris

London und Paris was a German magazine published in Weimar from 1798-1815.[1] It was published by Friedrich Justin Bertuch. It had 1300 subscribers. It had copies of French and English caricatures.

Johan Christian Huttner was the London correspondent from 1798 to 1807. He sent copies of caricatures from London. Most of them were by James Gillray. 77 of Gillray's were reprinted in the magazine.[2]
