Monte Hermoso is a town on the Atlantic coast of Argentina. It is about 100 km (62 mi) east of the city of Bahía Blanca. It is in the south of the Province of Buenos Aires. It is the capital of the partido of Monte Hermoso.
The tallest lighthouse in South America is nearby. It is called Faro Recalada a Bahia Blanca. It is 73 m (240 ft) high.
