Rupert Alexander Lloyd Grint (born 24 August 1988) is an English actor. He is best known for playing the character of Ronald Weasley in all eight of the Harry Potter films. In early July 2009 Grint had swine flu and was forced to take a few days off from filming Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.[1]
