A salmon burger

A salmon burger is a type of hamburger made from ground or minced salmon in a shape of a patty. The salmon needs something to make it stick together and is easy to overcook which makes it too dry.[1] Salmon burgers are commonly eaten in Alaska as an alternative to beef hamburgers.[2]
