Leet speak's alphabet is ever-changing and has no restrictions. There are no definite characters for 1337 so why don't you mention that there are no manditory 1337 characters? I have changed the header for 1337 characters.69.231.217.141 (talk) 19:13, 10 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I am currently in the process of editing this page. I plant to merge this article with the similar (although in some places erroneus) article in the English language section, and then change this particular page into simple English. <crispy.pie@gmail.com>

You really should become decent at English before attempting l33t, but that's just me.

To The Editor[change source]

You idiot, why would people reading simple english Wikipedia need to read this? If they can barely comprehend English, why would they attempt to learn l33t? This article has no place on simple english Wikipedia.

And by the way, I'm only here because I followed a link from Somethingawful.com. For the record, while the standard Wikipedia is an excellent site, simple English Wikipedia is absolutely ridiculous; is it also edited by people learning English?

Leetspeak is an integral part of internet gaming and forums. Without it, we would all be forced to type without having fun =(. Leet is total 1337463 =P--Death motor 16:01, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I'd suggest any content this touches on that the R39|_||_4r 3|\|9l1$h w1k1p3d14 doesn't should be moved there.--T3h 1337 b0y (talk) 07:20, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have no idea what you are trying to say. The l33t doesn't help, although I can understand it, your question doesn't make much sense. Are you trying to say this article should not be here? NotGiven 07:53, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Contrary to popular belief, QQ is not a set of crying eyes. It actually originated with the advent of Warcraft II. On battlenet, you could press ALT+Q+Q to immediately exit the match and program. Thus the term "QQ" was to tell people to just quit because they are unskilled. The term later developed and lost it's origin and is usually mistaken as crying eyes. quote, urban dictionary. should be changed?

Sounds good. I've looked up urban dictionary and i'll edit accordingly. Normandie Talk! 18:47, 4 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
