Basic editing[change source]

We should not include material which might be interpreted as personal opinion. "Also wheat protein works well with the protein of beans, lentils and peas, which is good for vegetarians, especially vegans. People buy spelt as a part of a healthy diet". I do not doubt that this may be correct, but it needs a reliable source -- and I do mean reliable, not just something which happens to be on the web. Also, what is meant by "works well with"? Ideas need to be clear. Perhaps "as part of a diet which some vegetarians think is healthy"? What I'm getting at is the inclination to think "It's true, so I say it". It may be true, but it's not right for an encyclopedia unless it is supported by reliable sources, and in many cases there are other opinions which should be voiced as well. This applies particularly to topics which are controversial, such as advice on diets. Macdonald-ross (talk) 09:02, 8 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
