The Island (1980 movie)

The Island is a 1980 American horror movie directed by Michael Ritchie and is based on the novel of the same name by Peter Benchley who also wrote the screenplay. It stars Michael Caine, David Warner, Dudley Sutton, Frank Middlemass and was distributed by Universal Pictures. It was nominated 2 Razzies at the 1st Golden Raspberry Awards.
