Give me one good reason why "most encyclopedias try not to have opinions on things. They just try to tell facts. Uncyclopedia has its own opinions about things. These opinions are often silly. For example, Uncyclopedia thinks that Oscar Wilde was the best man ever. These opinions become memes that are added into jokes all over Uncyclopedia" to "most encyclopedias try not to have opinions on things. They just try to tell facts. However in Uncyclopedia many serious things are often turned into jokes". WP:Vandalism says that a vandal "makes changes to pages that make the page incorrect and not make sense". My edit was in good faith and had no malicious intent, instead, I got rid of an uncited claim.

No you cannot, as you are indefinitley blocked on your account. If you try to edit from this IP adress or another account again, you will be blocked for block evasion. You must make an unblock request from your first account (you can do this by using this template {{unblock|YOUR REASON HERE}} if you wish to be unblocked).
