My RfB

Dear Bluegoblin7, thank you for participating in my RfB, which ended with a tally of 21/5. I appreciate your support and will do my best in this new role. Thanks. Chenzw  Talk  07:45, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Bump

See my talk page. You two should really be more organised though ;) Regards, Kennedy (talk) 15:41, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You're Back?!

Good to see you back BG. Don't worry about the nom; I wanted to wait for yours, but when someone else (Shappy) offered, I jumped at the chance! I'm very glad you are back as SN is dying! :P Kennedy (talk) 13:08, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No... i'm not back... it's all an apparition ;) XD
Seriously, it's good to be back :) But please, service as usual ;) I noticed SN died, i'll try and get it up to speed for Monday, but no promises. I've got an RL Magazine also with a publication date of Monday which i'm afraid needs to take priority, but it should be finished by the end of the day and then I can make the automated system look after the rest ;)
As for your RfB, again, sorry! You know I would have done it, but, in the end, we got the result we wanted ;) Now... a couple of weeks/months and i'll be expecting another RfA ;) Goblin 13:44, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good to see you back :). I've answered your question on the Simple Talk page about what went on while you were away. Cheers, Razorflame 16:35, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for the message Razorflame, i've responded at ST. BTW: aimed at you, i'd suggest stopping Darkicebot or altering it, and also asking for a flood flag if it screws up again - RC has been flooded with reverts :( I'm also questioning if it should have a bot flag until this is cleared up... (or is it an ongoing thing i'm not sure of?) Anyway, good to be back :) Thanks, Goblin 17:31, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It already has a bot flag :). Therefore, it doesn't need a flood flag. The reason why I am reverting some of the changes that it makes is because it removes links to disambiguation pages that are correct XD. No known fix for this, not even -noredirects changes anything....that's why you see a fair amount of reverts. Besides, the amount of reverts is usually very nominal and doesn't really clog up the recent changes that badly. Razorflame 20:09, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I meant your reversions should be flood flagged ;) Still, it's only a minor issue, i'd suggest personally just removing them from the list before you start the bot (I assume it's running pywiki?). Cheers, Goblin 20:16, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I thought you'd like to know...

Thanks, i'll have a look at some point if you can link me in - I may be able to help - but to be honest I really don't see it happening or catching on... unless the SEWP community has changed that much (and, from what i've seen, it's got worse... ::S) But hey-ho. Goblin 20:01, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
When he links me to it, I'll link you, no problem.-- † CM16 t c r 20:07, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Okie dokie, thanks :) Goblin 20:14, 26 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

We don't hate

As I mentioned on IRC, but you "couldn't be arsed" by it and you had to draw lines and sign out instead of discussing it maturely, please do not speak on all our behalfs like you did here by telling someone that we hate them. You do not speak for the community on something like that. We, as a community, do not hate users. We assume good faith. We collaborate. We attempt to work things out. If you would like to sink as low as to tell someone that you personally hate them, go for it; I don't think it will reflect too well on you, but at least it doesn't involve you speaking on all our behalfs. Again, I know I said some of this on IRC, but you clearly couldn't be arsed there. Either way (talk) 18:42, 28 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
